In Memoriam

In Loving Memory of our Founder Stu and his loving Wife Barbara.

On May 24, 2022 Barbara lost her battle with cancer and she is now with her loving husband Stu who also lost his fight with cancer on September 16, 2015.

Barb, we love you, we love what you stood for and we love what you meant to our community and to each one of us. Our lives and our community are all far better off because we knew you.

They left their family to cherish their memory, as devoted son and daughter-in-law of Sally Plitman and the late Sid Plitman, devoted father and mother of Theresa (Frank) Emery, Deborah (Mike) Fallon, Michelle Johnson (Paul Owens), loving brother of Michael (Joan) Plitman, Mark (Annette) Plitman. They are also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The legacy of the Loudoun First Responders Foundation will always remember their hard work and dedication to supporting Loudoun County’s heroes.
